In demonstrating an ongoing and determined obligation to improving the health and safety of our personnel and others who might be affected by our work activities; RMC’s top management is committed to providing such information, training, supervision and PPE as is necessary to achieve safety on all of our work sites. All RMC personnel, vendors and contractors are required to actively participate in minimizing the risk of ill health, injury, property, and environmental damage through our behavioral based safety management system. It is the policy of RMC to consult all staff on matters bothering on health and safety. RMC is keenly aware of the possible effects of our activities on the environment; therefore, we work to minimize its impact through a sustainable and efficient environmental policy that guides our operation. We are also committed to complying with all applicable statutory and regulatory laws wherever we operate. RMC is ISO 9001:2015 certified and ensures its quality control and quality assurance system meets global standards. These are periodically audited to ensure that we maintain an efficient and comprehensive Quality Management System.
